Buddhist Retreat in Galway
- July 31 to August 2, 2010 -
We'll be holding a Zen Retreat in Galway over the holiday weekend from July 31 to August 2. Anyone interested is invited to attend. The schedule includes Zazen practice, lectures, and some free time. The retreat is suitable for anyone interested in Buddhism and/or Buddhist meditation. Beginners are welcome, and I'll give instructions on practicing zazen meditation during the retreat.
Dates: From Saturday, July 31 at 1.30 p.m. to Monday, August 2 at 2 p.m.

Cost: 50 euros. This covers the cost of accomodation and meals during the retreat.
Clothes: Comfortable clothing is recommended for practicing Zazen.
